Fluoroplastic Magnetic Drive Pump

Fluoroplastic Magnetic Drive Pump

Because of its innovative energy-saving design, CQF series magnetic pumps can make the magnetic pumps exert the maximum efficiency and greatly improve the durability of the products. The plastic components adopt an optimized structure and are reinforced by glass fiber. The impellers and magnetic rotors adopt the plastic injection molding method, which reduces the volume of the pump components and increases its efficiency. The flow passage components are made of reinforced polypropylene plastic. Pump shafts, bearings, and end rings are made of the latest corrosion resistant materials. Together with the leakage-free structure without shaft seals, the safe passage of most chemical fluids can be ensured. The pump uses modular main components, which can be easily disassembled and examined. It's easy to maintain.

The CQF20-15-105 magnetic drive pump sets a new benchmark in chemical fluid handling, combining corrosion resistance, energy efficiency, and maintenance simplicity for industrial applications. Designed to transfer acids, alkalis, and other aggressive media, this pump eliminates leakage risks through its innovative sealless construction.

Optimized Performance & Durability

Featuring a reinforced fiberglass body and integrated injection-molded impeller-magnetic rotor assembly, the CQF20-15-105 minimizes hydraulic losses while reducing internal component volume. This energy-efficient design extends service life and lowers operational costs. All wetted parts—including the casing, impeller, and containment shell—utilize reinforced polypropylene (RPP), while the shaft and bearings incorporate specialty corrosion-resistant alloys.

Uncompromised Safety

The pump’s sealless magnetic coupling ensures zero leakage, protecting operators and environments from hazardous fluid exposure. Its advanced material engineering allows safe transfer of concentrated acids (e.g., sulfuric, hydrochloric), caustic solutions, and solvents up to 90°C.

Engineered for Efficiency

Modular design: Enables rapid disassembly for inspection or part replacement

Plug-in maintenance: Key components are field-serviceable without specialized tools

Reduced downtime: Axial bearing monitoring ports simplify preventive maintenance

Ideal for chemical processing, electroplating, and wastewater treatment, the CQF20-15-105 delivers flow rates up to 12m³/h (53 GPM) with heads reaching 14m (46 ft). Its compact footprint and ATEX-compliant options make it adaptable to space-constrained or explosive atmospheres.

By merging robust materials, sealless technology, and modular serviceability, this pump redefines reliability in critical fluid transfer operations.
