Underground waste liquid pits, semi-submerged chemical storage tanks and low-water-level circulation pools commonly exist in environmental protection and chemical industries worldwide. When pumps suck liquid from low liquid levels, negative pressure inside the pump cavity will trigger medium vaporization and form cavitation bubbles. The burst of bubbles will continuously impact the impeller and pump wall, causing material erosion and shortening pump service life.
Yida enlarges the inlet runner area and smooths the inlet flow path transition angle to reduce local pressure drop during liquid suction. The optimized hydraulic structure effectively raises the anti-cavitation performance threshold of the whole pump. Even under relatively low liquid level suction conditions, the pump can avoid severe cavitation erosion and abnormal vibration.
This technical upgrade expands the applicable liquid level range of Yida anti-corrosion pumps, bringing stable conveying performance for global users who need to extract liquid from low-position containers and storage pools.
