Organic solvents such as acetone, methanol and ethyl acetate are common raw materials in global pharmaceutical synthesis and fine chemical processing. These flammable media will generate static electricity through friction with pump inner walls and impellers during high-speed flow. Static charge buildup can produce electric sparks in a closed pump chamber, triggering combustion or explosion accidents in sealed fluid pipelines.
Yida adds conductive anti-static components on the pump body assembly surface and internal rotating parts. Static charges generated by medium friction can be quickly guided out through matched grounding terminals on the pump base. Meanwhile, modified conductive anti-corrosion plastics are optional for the flow channel to further suppress static aggregation inside the pump cavity.
The anti-static improvement retains the original zero-leakage and corrosion-resistant advantages of magnetic pumps, satisfying the safety production specifications of global chemical plants involving flammable and volatile corrosive liquids, and filling the safety configuration gap of ordinary plastic chemical pumps in flammable medium working conditions.
