Small-scale industrial wastewater treatment infrastructure grows rapidly all over Southeast Asia. Nevertheless, many projects suffer from limited equipment space and tight construction budgets. Traditional horizontal self-priming magnetic pumps occupy substantial space and demand extra bottom valves and liquid filling pipelines, increasing overall project expenditure.
Independently developed by YD Pumps, the CQF-Z vertical self-priming magnetic pump combines self-priming cavity and magnetic drive structure in vertical arrangement, nearly 35% smaller in footprint compared with horizontal CQF variants. It achieves stable maximum 5-meter self-suction height while retaining the full zero-leakage merits of magnetic pumps. Operators are no longer required to mount bottom valves on underground wastewater pools, simplifying pipeline layout and reducing long-term maintenance workload.
The pump applies widely in electroplating wastewater, chemical cleaning waste liquid, printing and dyeing wastewater transportation. Fluoroplastic flow channels withstand most commonly used acids and alkalis. During field operation at a metal surface treatment factory in Manila, the customer cut more than 20% of pipeline and accessory investment in workshop renovation.
YD Pumps sales team stated that environmental engineering contractors favor compact integrated pumps for turnkey projects. The enterprise will launch matched pump and filter packages soon, supplying one-stop fluid treatment solutions for overseas small wastewater tender projects.
