Small-scale industrial wastewater treatment facilities are growing rapidly across Southeast Asia. However, many projects face limitations of narrow equipment areas and limited construction funds. Traditional horizontal self-priming magnetic pumps occupy large space and require additional bottom valve and liquid filling pipeline construction, increasing overall project expenditure.

Developed by YD Pumps, CQF-Z vertical self-priming magnetic pump integrates self-priming cavity and magnetic drive structure into vertical layout, reducing occupation area by nearly 35% versus horizontal CQF type. It achieves maximum 5m stable self-suction height and retains complete zero-leakage performance of magnetic pumps. Operators no longer need to install bottom valves on underground wastewater pools, simplifying pipeline design and lowering long-term maintenance workload.

The pump is widely applicable to electroplating wastewater, chemical washing waste liquid, printing and dyeing wastewater transportation. Fluoroplastic flow channel withstands most common acid and alkali media. After field operation at a metal surface treatment factory in Manila, the client saved more than 20% on pipeline and accessory investment during workshop renovation.

YD Pumps sales team revealed that environmental engineering contractors prefer integrated compact pumps for turnkey projects. The enterprise will launch complete pump + filter matched packages, providing one-stop fluid treatment solutions for overseas small wastewater tender projects in the near future.
