Traditional chemical pumps either require manual liquid filling before startup or rely on mechanical seals which are prone to leakage when transporting volatile and toxic waste chemicals. To address this long-standing industry challenge, Yida Pumps develops the CQF-Z self-priming magnetic pump, integrating self-priming circulation cavity design and magnetic coupling drive technology into one unit.
The built-in self-priming structure realizes rapid air exhaust inside pipelines, allowing automatic liquid suction without pre-filling. Meanwhile, the magnetic drive structure completely cancels rotating shaft seals, preventing leakage of etching fluid, waste acid and pharmaceutical solvents. The pump body adopts thickened corrosion-resistant plastic material, resisting long-term erosion of mixed waste liquid containing metal ions and organic compounds. The optional anti-dry-run protection module avoids equipment damage caused by unstable liquid supply in waste liquid collection pools.
Production operators in overseas PCB factories report that the CQF-Z unit cuts regular maintenance work related to seal replacement significantly. The product can be deployed for underground waste liquid tank extraction and mobile waste liquid transfer skids. Yida Pumps offers standardized spare parts kits and installation manuals conforming to international industrial norms, supporting rapid deployment for engineering contractors operating across multiple overseas regions.
