Custom High / Low Temperature Resistant Pump Components Expand Yida’s Applicable Scenarios in Global Extreme Process Environments

Low-temperature reagent circulation in pharmaceutical factories and high-temperature acid washing procedures in metal processing put forward higher requirements on the heat resistance and cold brittleness of pump wet parts. Conventional plastic pump components are prone to embrittlement under sub-zero environments and softening under high-temperature liquid transportation.

Yida adopts modified fluoroplastic raw materials for customized processing. High-temperature resistant configurations can stably convey corrosive liquid up to 90°C, while low-temperature special formulas avoid material cracking at -15°C environment.
