A large number of overseas chemical engineering projects adopt self-designed technological processes to produce special chemical raw materials and high-value electronic chemicals. These process links put forward non-standard indicators including non-conventional flow-head matching values, limited installation space, medium containing tiny solid particles and special connection flange standards. Direct application of off-the-shelf standard pumps often causes inefficient operation, system mismatch or accelerated component wear.
Taking the existing MP, MPH, CQF, YD and YDW pump platforms as the transformation foundation, Yida carries out modular personalized upgrading. Internal hydraulic components including impellers and pump casings can be revised through mold fine-tuning to adjust actual delivery flow and lift; pump inlet and outlet calibers, connection forms and mounting hole positions can be modified to adapt to customers’ existing fixed pipeline frames and equipment cabinet sizes. For media mixed with micro solid particles produced during pickling and reaction precipitation, the company optimizes the flow channel smoothness and wear resistance of internal parts to reduce particle erosion damage to pump core components.
Different from fully customized one-time open mold development with high costs and long lead times, the modular transformation method relies on mature mass production production lines to complete personalized adjustment on the basis of general molds. This mode effectively shortens the delivery cycle of customized pump products and controls the extra procurement cost borne by overseas project contractors. The technical team collects working condition parameter sheets submitted by global customers, completes simulation verification of modified pump performance through internal fluid simulation tools before formal production, ensuring the adjusted pumps can operate stably under actual on-site working environments.
Customized pump products have been widely applied in laboratory pilot chemical reaction systems, customized PCB automatic production equipment and special industrial waste gas absorption liquid circulation systems in many overseas regions. Standard product platform plus personalized modification has become an important competitive advantage for Yida to seize high-value customized pump orders in the segmented global anti-corrosion pump market, making up for the insufficient flexibility of large international pump brands in small-batch personalized project responses.
