Full MPH Series Pump Portfolio Delivers Configurable Solutions for Diverse Industrial Applications

Industrial fluid handling requirements vary widely across sectors, with differing demands for flow rate, pressure, material compatibility, and installation form factor. The MPH series magnetic drive pump line is designed to accommodate this diversity through a comprehensive product matrix and multiple configurable options.

The standard product range includes eight models: MPH-400, MPH-401, MPH-422, MPH-423, MPH-550, MPH-650, MPH-850, and MPH-860. These models cover motor power from 0.37 kW to 7.5 kW, with maximum flow capacity ranging from 280 liters per minute up to 1400 liters per minute, and maximum discharge head from 12.5 meters to 30 meters. Standard threaded connections are provided for all base models, while union and flanged interface options are available upon request to match existing piping systems.

Two material configuration options are offered for the bearing and shaft assembly to suit different application demands. The CV configuration features carbon and alumina ceramic components, while the RV configuration uses carbon-fiber filled PTFE and alumina ceramic. Both configurations deliver high wear resistance and corrosion performance, allowing users to select the optimal material pairing based on their specific fluid properties.

Sealing ring materials are also available in FKM (fluororubber) and EPDM variants, further expanding compatibility with different chemical media. For applications involving fluids with specific gravity greater than 1.3, custom configuration is available to ensure reliable performance.

This high degree of configurability makes the MPH series adaptable to a wide spectrum of industrial scenarios, from chemical circulation systems to wastewater treatment processes, and from electroplating solution transfer to pharmaceutical fluid handling.
