Heavy pump bodies require higher load standards for steel support frames, raising the engineering cost of frame construction and later structural safety inspection expenses. Conventional thickened plastic pump shells improve pressure resistance at the expense of increased overall mass.
Yida uses finite element stress analysis to carry out partial material thinning treatment on low-stress areas of pump casing while reinforcing force-bearing parts such as flanges and pump chamber walls through rib structure layout. The injection molding process forms an integrated lightweight pump shell without sacrificing pressure resistance and structural strength. The overall weight of the finished pump unit is effectively decreased compared with traditional products of the same flow specification.
The lightweight design lowers the bearing pressure of overhead installation supports for global elevated chemical circulation pipelines, reduces the construction cost of supporting steel structures, and improves the safety margin of long-term overhead operation of pumping equipment.
