Batch chemical production, irregular wastewater emission and variable-volume electroplating processing are prevalent in global manufacturing sites. Fixed rotational speed pumps can only rely on manual throttle valves to limit actual flow, which converts redundant mechanical energy into heat loss inside pipelines and brings long-term high electricity expenditure for factory operation. In addition, abrupt pressure surges generated by throttling will aggravate pipeline fatigue and shorten the service life of connecting pipelines and pipe fittings.
Yida designs standardized frequency conversion matching components for horizontal magnetic pumps, self-priming pumps and vertical circulation pumps. The supporting frequency converters are perfectly matched with the torque curve of full-copper motors, avoiding the problems of motor heating and unstable operation caused by mismatched frequency modulation equipment in general modified schemes. The supporting control box reserves analog signal access ports, which can be docked with factory PLC automatic control systems to realize linkage adjustment of pump operating speed with liquid level, flow sensor and concentration detection data.
Under low-load operation conditions such as equipment standby and small-batch production, frequency conversion equipment reduces pump rotating speed to lower actual output flow; when the production line is fully loaded, the system quickly recovers rated operating parameters to meet peak fluid transportation needs. Compared with fixed-speed operation mode, the overall power consumption of the pump unit is significantly reduced under long-term fluctuating working conditions. The frequency conversion transformation scheme supports two modes: factory pre-installation delivery and on-site retrofitting for existing stock pumps, which brings convenient energy-saving renovation channels for both new project procurement and old equipment upgrading of global customers.
With the worldwide popularization of factory automatic control systems, variable frequency fluid equipment has become a mainstream upgrading direction for industrial auxiliary facilities. The self-developed supporting frequency conversion system strengthens the additional value of Yida pump products in intelligent factory transformation projects and enhances product competitiveness in high-end automated fluid system bidding projects.
