A large number of waste liquid pumping stations and automatic chemical circulation equipment around the world adopt unattended automatic operation mode. Once pipeline clogging leads to pump overload operation or dry-running causes abnormal temperature rise, motors without effective protection will suffer winding burnout, bringing expensive replacement costs and unexpected system shutdown.
All supporting motors of Yida full pump series integrate built-in thermal sensing modules and current overload protection modules. When the operating current exceeds the rated value or the internal winding temperature exceeds the safety threshold, the motor will automatically cut off power supply for self-protection. After the fault is eliminated and the temperature drops to the normal range, the motor can be manually reset to resume operation.
This passive safety protection configuration does not require external additional control modules, reducing extra system investment for users. It is highly applicable to unattended fluid conveying equipment in environmental wastewater stations, automatic electroplating assembly lines and outdoor chemical liquid storage transfer facilities across the globe.
