BEIJING, July 14 (Beijing Time) — Following the full magnetic pump series launch, YDPumps further enriched its anti-corrosion pump product ecosystem with two landmark non-magnetic corrosion-resistant pump products: YD coaxial self-priming acid & alkali resistant pump and YDW vertical dry-run resistant pump, targeting global industrial scenarios with unstable liquid level and frequent empty suction.
In global electroplating, PCB manufacturing and industrial wastewater treatment plants, conventional pumps will suffer rapid bearing damage and pump body burnout once running without medium, leading to frequent production shutdowns and high maintenance costs. YDPumps’ R&D team spent 18 months optimizing structural design to solve this industry-wide bottleneck.
The YD coaxial self-priming acid & alkali resistant pump cancels the traditional long transmission bracket, adopting integrated coaxial motor design to cut installation space by 30%. Built-in large-capacity self-priming chamber realizes stable self-priming height up to 4 meters, applicable to surface treatment production lines with frequent liquid replenishment. Wetted components are made of reinforced PP and PVDF, compatible with most inorganic acids, alkalis and electroplating additives.
The flagship YDW vertical dry-run resistant pump is the highlight of this release. Equipped with independent circulating cooling and wear-resistant silicon carbide bearing system, it supports 30 minutes of safe empty rotation without medium, eliminating shutdown risks caused by tank liquid shortage. Vertical floor-standing design saves ground space, widely used in centralized waste acid collection, etching liquid circulation and environmental sewage treatment projects in Southeast Asia and Latin America.
Combined with MP, MPH, CQF, CQF-Z magnetic pumps, YDPumps now owns a complete product matrix covering horizontal magnetic transfer, self-priming magnetic transfer, horizontal self-priming and vertical dry-running anti-corrosion pumps. The enterprise will exhibit all six pump models at the 2026 Global Chemical Equipment Exhibition in Frankfurt in September, launching targeted preferential cooperation policies for overseas engineering integrators and regional distributors.
