Special Anti-saline Corrosion Configuration of Yida Pumps Serves Offshore Platform Wastewater and Marine Chemical Treatment Projects

Chloride ions in seawater and coastal industrial wastewater will accelerate the aging and cracking of ordinary FRPP materials. Yida adds special anti-chloride additives to modified PVDF raw materials for wetted parts, improving long-term tolerance to salt water and brine wastewater.

The pump shell also adopts sealed anti-moisture coating to resist high humidity and salt fog erosion in offshore working environments. Such modified pumps are widely used in coastal electroplating factories, seawater circulating cooling systems and offshore platform oily wastewater transportation links.
