For large overseas turnkey chemical projects and centralized equipment bidding procurement, industrial purchasers need to establish complete asset files for all fluid pumps deployed in the factory area. Once equipment fails after several years of operation, users need to quickly confirm the original production batch, raw material supplier information and factory test parameters to judge failure causes whether derived from manufacturing factors or improper operation and aging loss. Traditional batch-only recording mode cannot realize single-piece precise tracing.
Every finished pump shell is marked with laser-etched permanent codes that resist acid-base corrosion and long-term outdoor aging, which will not fade or fall off under long-term contact with corrosive mist and liquid splashing. Each unique code binds integrated information including raw material batch numbers of pump casing and impellers, magnetic steel component batches, motor production information, offline test data and packaging delivery records. All data is stored in the enterprise permanent cloud database with long-term storage authority.
When overseas users carry out equipment overhaul, component replacement or fault analysis, they only need to submit the pump unique code to obtain complete original factory data support. For bulk batch procurement of hundreds or thousands of pump units by global industrial groups, the coding data can be exported in a unified table format to match the user’s internal equipment asset management system, realizing automatic filing of pump assets.
The traceable coding system improves the transparency of product quality management for cross-border bulk orders, strengthens the confidence of large global industrial customers in product quality controllability, and becomes an important supporting condition for participating in long-term framework supply bidding of international large chemical groups.
