Different from split self-priming pumps, YD series adopts coaxial integrated structure, directly connecting motor and pump body to eliminate intermediate transmission components, lower failure rate and reduce installation footprint by nearly 40%. The self-priming chamber is thickened and optimized, supporting stable long-distance delivery of high-concentration corrosive media with self-suction height up to 6 meters. The pump shell and impeller are made of anti-corrosion PP and PVDF materials, resisting hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, industrial brine and alkaline solution, adapting to high-temperature outdoor working conditions in the Middle East.
For overseas industrial clients, YD series reserves multiple international standard interfaces and supports explosion-proof motor matching for hazardous chemical workshops. The Saudi petrochemical client selected YD pumps to replace imported European pumps, cutting equipment procurement cost by 35% while meeting local environmental and safety inspection standards. After one month of trial operation, the equipment’s energy consumption per ton of transported medium decreased by 11% compared with the original old pump model.
YD Pumps international marketing manager introduced that the YD series will focus on developing markets in the Middle East, Central Asia and Southeast Asian mineral processing industries in the second half of 2026.
