Headquartered in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, YD Pumps has completed iteration of its magnetic drive pump lineup, covering three distinct models for diversified industrial scenarios: compact MP miniature magnetic pumps, heavy-duty flange-type MPH magnetic pumps and threaded connection CQF plastic magnetic pumps.
All three series adopt a fully seal-less magnetic coupling structure, eliminating mechanical seal leakage risks that plague traditional chemical pumps. The wetted parts are constructed from FRPP and PVDF corrosion-resistant plastics, which can resist strong acids, alkalis and organic solvents widely used in electroplating, PCB manufacturing, pharmaceutical preparation and fine chemical production.
The compact MP mini magnetic pumps are tailored for laboratory circulation, small plating tanks and small-batch dosing processes, featuring lightweight structure and easy installation. MPH flange magnetic pumps deliver large flow and high head performance for medium-to-large chemical production lines, while CQF models balance cost and performance for mainstream surface treatment factories.
Driven by global VOCs control policies and the fast-growing semiconductor and lithium battery material industries, the global magnetic pump market maintains steady growth at a CAGR of over 6% from 2026 to 2034. YD Pumps’ new magnetic pump series meets international safety and emission standards, providing cost-effective, eco-friendly fluid transport solutions for industrial buyers across Southeast Asia, Europe and North America.
