YDPumps Cuts Cavitation Risk Through Hydraulic Inlet Optimization

Cavitation damage is a hidden long-term hazard for anti-corrosion pumps, especially for equipment installed with limited liquid immersion depth or conveying heated medium. Air bubbles formed inside the pump cavity continuously impact impeller surface and gradually cause irreversible damage.

YDPumps widens and smoothens pump inlet flow channel to reduce local pressure drop. Optimized hydraulic design improves suction performance and suppresses bubble generation. The technical upgrade applies to MP, MPH, CQF-Z and YD series, enabling stable operation under more diverse installation elevation conditions.
