In response to this common industry problem, YDPumps adjusts the motor matching logic for its full product range.
Combining actual flow, head and medium resistance data, the company adopts refined power grading to ensure each pump works within the high-efficiency operating interval. High-standard IE3 energy-saving motors are used as standard configuration, with optional explosion-proof and weatherproof versions for special scenarios.
Optimized motor matching greatly reduces heat generation and equipment failure rate.
