As global chemical industry tightening environmental emission standards accelerates the replacement of traditional sealed pumps, YDPUMPS officially launched the upgraded MP series small magnetic pumps and MPH heavy-duty magnetic pump product line in mid-June 2026, targeting worldwide electroplating, PCB etching, laboratory reagent transfer and fine chemical production scenarios.
MP series miniature magnetic pumps feature compact structure, low noise, stable micro-flow delivery, ideal for small-batch acid-base liquid circulation in laboratories and surface treatment workshops. MPH high-flow magnetic pumps optimize magnetic coupling torque design, supporting large-volume continuous transportation of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide and other corrosive media, with maximum flow reaching 280L/min and stable head up to 12.5m.
All wetted parts use high anti-corrosion engineering plastics and silicon carbide ceramic shaft cores, completely avoiding liquid leakage caused by worn dynamic seals, cutting fugitive chemical emissions to meet strict EU and North America environmental compliance requirements. The two series have obtained complete international safety certifications, supporting customized voltage (220V/380V/415V) and flange/thread interface for global customers.
According to YDPUMPS overseas sales data, in the first half of 2026, export orders of MP and MPH magnetic pumps to Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia increased by 35% compared with 2025. European chemical plant renovation projects also issued framework procurement intentions, driven by the region’s strict leakage prevention regulations. The company revealed it will set up overseas warehousing in Malaysia by Q4 2026 to shorten delivery cycles for Asia-Pacific clients and strengthen global market service capacity.
Industry analysts stated that zero-leak magnetic pumps are the fastest-growing segment of the global corrosion-resistant pump market with a CAGR of 5.2% from 2026 to 2031; YDPUMPS’ standardized MP/MPH series fills the cost-effective mid-range magnetic pump supply gap for global small and medium fluid handling enterprises.
