YDPumps Optimizes Seal-Free Magnetic Pump Hydraulic Performance for Continuous Chemical Circulation Tasks

2026-07-14

Circulating corrosive liquid is one of the most common working conditions for anti-corrosion pumps. Excessive hydraulic loss will increase power consumption and cause unstable flow fluctuation after long-term operation. YDPumps R&D team conducted repeated flow simulation testing to polish internal pump cavity and impeller profiles.

All magnetic drive models retain mature magnetic coupling sealless structure to prevent hazardous medium leakage. The improved hydraulic system brings steady fluid transmission with lower energy consumption. PP and PVDF wet-end material options remain available to cope with different acid and alkali concentrations. Currently, multiple surface treatment manufacturers in Vietnam and Germany are carrying out field operation comparison tests to evaluate the updated magnetic pump series for production line renovation projects.
