With the worldwide promotion of industrial water recycling and ZLD (zero liquid discharge) production standards, liquid level fluctuation in underground waste pits and open plating tanks becomes frequent, and accidental dry-running easily burns out mechanical seals and bearings of horizontal anti-corrosion pumps, causing production line shutdown and corrosive medium leakage risks. The motor is completely separated from the liquid medium and installed above the tank body; the submerged cantilever impeller can operate safely for a long time even when the liquid level drops below the pump working range, avoiding component damage caused by dry friction. The vertical flange direct-installation design eliminates the need for independent pump foundation and complex suction pipelines, directly fixed on the top of waste liquid tanks, plating baths and flue gas desulfurization scrubbers, saving valuable production workshop floor space, which is especially suitable for compact automated production workshops in Europe and East Asia.
