Yida Optimizes Axial Force Balance Structure to Reduce Bearing Wear for Long-Term Continuous Pump Operation Across Global Industrial Sites

2026-07-25

Impeller rotation under medium pressure will produce uneven axial thrust inside the pump cavity. The unbalanced force is continuously applied to ceramic or composite bearings, leading to bearing heating, increased operating noise and jamming faults after long-term operation. For unattended chemical circulation and wastewater treatment equipment running all year round, frequent bearing replacement brings continuous maintenance workload and production halt losses to overseas factories.

Yida sets symmetrical pressure relief balance holes on the impeller back plate, which balances the pressure difference on both sides of the impeller through medium circulation inside the pump body. Meanwhile, the pump inner chamber is equipped with flow-guided pressure equalization grooves to further offset residual axial force. The optimized force balance system greatly cuts the axial load borne by bearings during operation. All improved pump units undergo long-duration load operation tests to verify bearing temperature rise and wear conditions under full-load working status.

This structural upgrade effectively lowers the loss rate of vulnerable bearing parts for global continuous production lines, extends the overhaul cycle of the whole pump unit, and reduces the routine spare parts consumption cost of industrial fluid operation systems.
