YDPumps YD coaxial self-priming pump integrates pump body and motor into a compact coaxial structure, with integrated backflow self-priming cavity inside the FRPP pump casing. It achieves stable 6-meter maximum self-priming lift without installing bottom valves, simplifying pipeline layout for underground wastewater pits, chemical storage tank transfer and surface treatment production lines. The full plastic pump housing avoids metal corrosion contact with acid-alkali media, drastically cutting component replacement frequency for factory operators.
Complementing the YD self-priming pump, the CQF-Z self-priming magnetic pump merges self-suction hydraulic design with magnetic drive seal-less technology. It completely eliminates fluid leakage while retaining strong self-priming performance, perfectly suited for transporting toxic, volatile corrosive chemicals where zero leakage is mandatory, such as pharmaceutical solvent recovery and semiconductor etching waste liquid circulation.
Both self-priming pump series support flange connection standards compatible with international industrial pipelines, with optional single-phase and three-phase motor configurations matching global power supply systems. All wetted components adopt reinforced polypropylene and PVDF materials, compatible with most inorganic acids, alkalis and low-concentration organic solvents widely used in global manufacturing sectors.
